How Do You Make Mexican Chicken Salad?
This is a staple for appetizers when we attend a party. It is extremely tasty and can be made as spicy as you wish – its delicious none the less! Grill the chicken and let it cool down. Dice it into cubes or shred it. Boil the jalapeno peppers for about 5 minutes and seed them. Then dice them into small pieces. Drain the peas and set aside. Chop the cilantro and put it into a bowl with the chicken. Now take heaping scoops of your mayonnaise and mix the chicken and cilantro. Add the jalapenos and peas when mixed thoroughly. After everything is mixed, add a pinch of garlic powder and some cayenne pepper – to your degree of spiciness. LET IT SIT IN THE REFRIGERATOR BEFORE TRYING!! It must blend in the fridge for at least 3 hours before you serve. At that point, season it up to your liking.
