How Do You Make Mocha Pudding Cake?
My mom used to make this cake when I was little and I loved it, it tasted so good. She always told us that it was the cake that made it’s own frosting but it was really pudding. When I make it I don’t add the coffee because I don’t drink or like coffee. I guess that where the mocha comes in. Instead of Pam cooking spray you can use any non stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Spray with pam (or any cooking spray) a 8x8x2 inch pan In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
