If there is not that much, add water to substitute the rest. In a blender or food processor, shred ¼ of the pineapple chunks. In a large bowl, combine yellow cake mix, 1 c. pineapple juice, 1/3 c. vegetable oil, shredded pineapple, and 3 eggs. Mix well.
