How Do You Make Monogrammed Button Rings?
Button jewelry comes in a variety of shapes, sizes and colors; you can create as many types of button jewelry as there are buttons in the world. If you want to make monogrammed button rings, you only need a few craft store jewelry findings to do it. Make your own monogrammed buttons if you can, or buy them online and then turn them into rings. Cut a 3-foot strand of 20-gauge wire. Thread it through the loop on your monogrammed button by pulling one end of the wire through the hole in one direction and the other end of the wire in the other direction. Pull until you have a small loop under your button, larger than the size of your finger. Place this loop onto a ring mandrel until you reach the desired size of your ring. If you do not have a ring mandrel, find a dowel rod that measures the same circumference as you want for your ring, and slide the wire onto the dowel rod.
