How Do You Make No-Bake Butterscotch Haystack Cookies?

If you’d like to make easy and delicious no-bake butterscotch haystack cookies, use this recipe to make them in 15 minutes or less. All you need is 4 ingredients, some counter space and your cooking materials. Turn your cooking surface on to high, and coat the bottom of a large saucepan in with no-stick spray (this is optional, but it does help). Melt the butterscotch chips in the saucepan, using a spatula or large spoon to move them around the pan so they don’t burn. Turn your burner down to medium heat if the chips begin to burn (the butterscotch turns dark brown or black) Slowly mix in the chow mein noodles and the nuts (again, these are optional) using your spatula or large spoon. After all the noodles are completely covered with butterscotch, start scooping them by tablespoon-fulls onto a wax sheet of paper. They should be placed into little “haystack” shapes. Let the cookies cool and dry- this should take about 30-45 minutes. Make sure the cookies are completely cool and hardened
