How Do You Make No-Bake, Sugar-Free, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies?

Yummy alternative to the sugar filled traditional recipes! These cookies come out of the fridge chewy and sweet! Use coffee grinder to grind 1 and 1/2 cups of the oats and all of the flax seeds into flour, pour into mixing bowl along with the rest of the un-ground oats. Chop the walnuts into little bits and add to mixture. Add raisins, honey, peanut butter, coconut oil and cinnamon to the bowl stirring until blended evenly. Mixture should be firm and sticky. You can substitute cranberries for the raisins and almonds for the walnuts if you would prefer, either way is yummy! Or go crazy and add all 4 of them!! If you intend to feed these cookies to a toddler make sure to substitute Agave Nectar for the honey. It is just as sweet and is safe for them to eat. 😀 Scoop out spoonfuls of the batter onto a wax paper covered cookie sheet and place in the freezer for an hour. Once the cookies have hardened you can store them in a zip lock bag and keep them in the freezer for firm, chewy treats o
