This is a very great, easy recipe to make. Great for holiday gifts and the kids love them! You can make this very delicious cookie with minimal ingredient’s and very little time. After cooking, these cookies have a great taste even when kept for up to 10 days. Preheat oven to 325. In mixing bowl, combine room temperature butter, granulated white sugar, and vanilla. Mix to a creamy consistency. Then add sifted flour and salt. Should be mixed to a thick consistency. Then add your nuts of choice. Mix. Take cookie dough and roll into small balls. Approximately 1 to 2 inches in size, and place rolled balls on a non-stick cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Cook at 325 degrees for 20 to 23 minutes or until cookies are lightly golden.
