This Oriental Spinach and Pasta salad is a delicious and fresh for summer. It can be used as a side dish or made into a main course by simply adding some grilled chicken. Wash spinach and remove long stems. Carefully pat dry and place into large bowl. Add sesame seeds, water chestnuts, green onions, sliced almonds, mandarin oranges and pasta. Be sure that pasta has been cook, drained and cooled completely before adding to salad. Toss all together with favorite sesame or oriental salad dressing of your choice. A good one is Far East Sesame Dressing from CostCo, but any light Sesame dressing from the salad dressing isle will work. If you want to make this more into a main course, feel free to add sliced grilled chicken. Toss in with the rest of the salad. An indoor type small grill is perfect for this. Right before serving, top with fried WonTons. These can be found in most grocery stores pre-fried. If you would like to make fresh fried WonTons, the skins are usually found in the produce
