How Do You Make Overnight Breakfast Quiche?
Quiche is a delicious and easy dish that will add a spark of change to your normal every day breakfast. It makes a large dish, enough to serve at brunch or take to any gathering. Enjoy! Ingredients: 16 slices cubed white bread 1 lb. cubed ham or crumbled bacon 10 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese Grease a 9×13″ baking dish. Spread half of bread cubes evenly in dish. Add bacon or ham (or both!) and cheese, cover with remaining bread cubes. Using your hand, push down into the dish. 6 eggs 3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard In a mixing bowl combine eggs, milk, on salt and mustard. Pour evenly over bread cubes and cover tightly. Refrigerate the prepared breakfast quiche overnight. 3 c. coarsely crushed Cornflakes 1/2 cup margarine Remove quiche from refrigerator. In a mixing bowl, combine cornflakes and margarine. Spread on top of quiche. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before cutting quiche. Enjoy!
