Drain the juice from one can of peaches and set it aside. You will use the juice later. The juice from the second can of peaches can be discarded. Pour both cans of drained peaches into the bottom of the cake pan. Cover the peaches with the entire box of yellow cake mix. Use a spoon to spread the mix as evenly as possible.
