How Do You Make Peanut Butter Icing?
Peanut butter cookies are great, and wonderful to eat. Sometimes it seems as if something might be missing. Well I have it right here, THE perfect icing for a peanut butter cookie. First you will start with mixing the powdered sugar and milk together…blend well. Next you will add the corn syrup. After you have all of those ingredients mixed well, you can now add the peanut butter. Using an en electric mixer, blend until creamy smooth. If you want to add some colored writing or drawing (like in the picture), in another bowl mix a small amount of your icing with some food coloring until desired color is acquired, then place in an icing bag, close top of bag, cut tip and set aside. Using a very thin layer, spread your icing across your cookie, then add writing if desired. Let cookies set aside for a few minutes while icing sets firmly.
