How Do You Make Peanut Butter Pinwheels?

0

Peanut Butter Pinwheels have been my family’s favorite candy for years. This sweet and savory candy is excellent for finger desserts at parties and during the holidays. Kids will love to help make this treat as it is easy to make and just messy enough to be fun! Beat butter in a large and stable mixing bowl until soft and smooth. Gradually add sifted confectioners’ sugar to the butter and mix until all of the sugar is coated with butter. Slowly add milk and vanilla extract . Mix until evenly distributed and a soft workable dough is formed. Roll out mixture into 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick sheet on wax paper. Spread on desired amount of peanut butter on top of the rolled out dough. Roll into a long roll and cut off when the roll is about the size of a quarter. Chill in plastic wrap and cut into pieces when ready to serve.
