How Do You Make Peppermint Candy Garland?
Make an edible holiday garland from wrapped peppermint candies. Wrap the garland around the branches of your Christmas tree or over your mantle. When January arrives and you take down the decorations, you can eat the peppermints, which have remained in their wrappers throughout the holidays and have maintained their freshness. Arrange the wrapped peppermint candies on a surface, end to end, to create the desired length for the garland. Tape or use a hot glue gun to attach the cellophane “tails” of the candies together until you have connected all of the peppermint candies for the garland. As an option, tie 3-inch lengths of red ribbon into bows between each of the candies.
