How Do You Make Perfect Boiled Eggs?
Many people overcook their eggs because they just don’t know when to stop boiling them… well with my recipe, you will never have over or under cooked eggs again! Fill a pot with room temperature water. The size of pot will determine the quantity of eggs of course, so it is better to boil about 4-6 eggs at a time. Add eggs into the water-filled pot. Make sure they are completely submerged in the water and evenly spaced out – as the eggs will hit each other once water begins to boil. When placing the pot on the stove, make sure the heat is on the highest level. Once the water reaches a rapid boil, turn the heat off and cover the pot for 10 minutes. Drain the hot water out and run the eggs under cool water for about 2-5 minutes, break the shell off and enjoy your perfectly boiled eggs.
