• Melt the stick of butter on low heat. Slowly pour in the whole box of confectioner’s sugar. Add a tablespoon of vanilla flavoring. Add a tablespoon or two of milk to fully dampen the mixture. The consistency should be like a stiff, soft paste. Cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes stirring continuously. • Remove from heat and cool mixture in refrigerator until slightly chilled. • Spoon out a small ball of the mixture and pat it out onto a non-stick surface. Try to keep the thickness even and pat it out into a circle. • Spread peanut butter thinly over the mixture. Roll it up then slice it into 1/2 inch pieces. Keep cut candy in the refrigerator.
