In a separate pan, add butter, cream of chicken soup, and cream cheese until it melts. Stir in 2 cups of milk to the cheese mixture and bring to a boil. Combine the cheese, soup, and milk mixture along with two cups of water with the vegetables. Bring everything to a boil, then allow it to simmer until the vegetables are tender.
