Get that bread machine out. You are going to put all ingrediants in it just as they are listed. Set on the dough setting (which takes 120 minutes, turn on and let it mix. Let rise in the bread machine. Grease your cutting board and put your dough on it. Also grease your hands so you can make your balls without the potato dinner roll dough sticking to your hands. I learned that trick all those years making elephant ears. Divide your dough in half, then with the other half start pinching off 2 inches balls of dough. Roll the balls around in your hand to smooth out. Grease your pan and put your dough balls in it. Each half makes 12 Potato dinner rolls.
