How Do You Make Potato Mozzarella Croquettes?

0

Talk about comforting foods, anytime potatoes and cheese “marry up” there could only be one outcome in the recipe and that’s “delicious.” These croquettes are relatively easy to make, scrumptious, and affordable too! They taste great hot, warm or cold, with a pinch of salt on top! Yummy! Here’s all you have to do: While the peeled and halved potatoes are boiling, take a moment to chop the onion and shred the Mozzarella cheese. Gather up the rest of the ingredients for available use on your workspace. Thoroughly drain the boiled potatoes and mash. Allow about 20 minutes or so for the potatoes to cool down a bit. Add the one egg and the remaining dry ingredients. After you have done this, add about 1/4 cup of flavored bread crumbs to the mixture. Combine thoroughly. Scoop out equal “lumps” of the mixture with a spoon. Form into patties by hand. Dredge the patties in the flavored bread crumbs. Work gently as the patties are delicate. Pour enough canola or vegetable oil in skillet and heat
