How Do You Make Quick And Easy Lemon Pie?
This recipe for Lemon Pie is quick and easy because it doesn’t require any mixing. It makes a cool and popular summer dessert. This is a great dessert for those of us that aren’t known for our cooking skills. Remove the clear plastic liner from the Graham Cracker Crust Pie Pan. Remove any labels from the liner, clean it and save it for later. Open the can of Lemon Pie filling and pour the entire contents of the can into the Graham Cracker Crust Pie Pan. Use the spatulla or knife to spread the pie filling evenly in the pie pan. Open the Cool Whip topping and using the spatulla or knife, spread it evenly over the lemon pie filling. Take the clear plastic liner from the pie pan and place it upside down on top of the rim of the pie pan. Seal the pan by folding the foil on the top of the rim down to hold the clear plastic liner in place. Place the pie in the refrigerator. Let the pie chill before serving.
