How Do You Make Quick Chocolate Fudge?

This recipe makes my favorite chocolate fudge. It makes a lot of fudge, and is a good choice for Christmastime. Put chocolate chips, milk chocolate pieces, marshmallow creme, butter, and nuts into a very large bowl or pan. Combine milk and sugar in a saucepan and mix well. Bring mixture to a boil and cook for five minutes, or to 225 degrees F. Stir constantly. Pour hot mixture over other ingredients and stir until all ingredients are well-mixed. Work quickly. When everything is melted and candy is smooth and glossy, pour into two ungreased pans, a 13″ x 9″ and an 8″ or 9″ square pan. Cut into squares when cool. This fudge should be very creamy and smooth (except for walnuts).
