This is a very simple recipe for making homemade pizza. You will need to prepare all this in about 4 hours in advance so that the dough has enough time to rise. You will need 10 x 15 inch pans. For 2 pies, place half of a 5-lb bag of flour into a large pasta bowl or if you prefer you can use an extra large cutting board to knead the dough on. For 1 pie use one third of a 5-lb bag of flour. For 2 pies mix 2 level teaspoons of yeast and 1 teaspoon of salt in 1 cup of warm water. For 1 pie mix 1 level teaspoon of yeast and 1 teaspoon of salt in 1 cup of warm water. Dissolve the yeast and salt completely. If yeast won’t dissolve place cup in microwave for 10 seconds then dissolve mixture. If water is too hot, the dough may not rise. Pour mixture into the flour and start mixing. Add additional warm water as needed to make the dough workable.
