How Do You Make Rosemary Balsamic Chicken?
This is a delicious Rosemary Balsamic Chicken recipe! Every time I fix it, people ask for the recipe. This is an all in one dish, with meat, carrot and potatoes. A great meal to serve to that special guest! Your friends are sure to enjoy this dish. Just add green beans and you have a complete meal. In a cup combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh thyme, fresh Rosemary, garlic, crushed red peppers, salt and pepper. Wash and prepare chicken. Use a knife or fork to poke holes all over the chicken to allow the seasoning to penetrate throughout. Place the chicken in the zip lock bag. Pour the cup with all the mixed seasoning over the chicken. Remove as much air as you can, before sealing the zip lock bag, so that the seasoned marinade completely surrounds the chicken. Massage the marinade into the chicken and let it sit over night in the refrigerator. Rotate the chicken at the half way point of marinating time.
