How Do You Make Rubber Band Slingshot Ammo?

0

The slingshot is synonymous with little boys and trouble. On television, it has been carried by Bart Simpson on “The Simpsons,” Opie Taylor on “The Andy Griffith Show” and Dennis the Menace. The toy was also a popular homemade item with little boys of all ages through World War II. And on a slow day around the office, you can make your own slingshot with just a rubber band and your own two split fingers acting as the slingshot posts. Now all you need is some ammo and you can terrorize your office mates. Step 1 Fold one of the scraps in half. Then fold it in half again. Repeat the process twice more. You should have a rectangle that is 3 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. Step 2 Roll the rectangle of paper until it is roughly marble sized. Step 3 Tape the paper marble closed using scotch tape. Step 4 To launch your projectile, loop it through the rubber band of your slingshot, take the flat ends between your thumb and forefinger and pull back. Release the ammunition to launch.
