How Do You Make Salad Dressing With Cranberry Juice?

0

Making salad dressing with cranberry juice is a quick replacement for the bottled kind when you are running low or out completely. Measure the mayo or salad dressing into a small bowl. Making enough for at least what you will plan to use at the meal. Drain the cranberry juice from the whole berry sauce, I make my own. Or pour some cranberry juice from the bottled or frozen kind into the mayo. Pour gently and whisk the mixture as you go so as not to over use cranberry juice. Mix the juice and mayo well, add some berries if you want a fruiter dressing. This is good on any salad, but best on those containing fruits. I leave out the tomatos in my salad if using vegetables for the salad. Serve from the bowl with a ladle or pour into a small jelly or canning pint jar for saving any not ussed at the meal.
