How Do You Make Sand Art Brownies?
If your looking for an economical gift giving idea, brownie sand art is a creative food gift. Easy to make, it looks and taste good too. Try changing the color of the candy coated chocolates to suit the occasion. This is fun to make for office parties, baby shower favors, Easter gifts, Christmas, Halloween and birthdays. In a bowl, combine flour, salt and baking powder. Put this mixture on the bottom of a clean quart glass jar. Pack down. For the next layer add the cocoa powder. Make sure to spread the layer to cover all white from flour mixture and gently pack down. Layer the white sugar on top of the cocoa. Add the brown sugar packing it with the back of a spoon or with your fingers. Do not press so hard that you disturb the other layers. Mix the chocolate chips with the candy coated chocolates.
