Ingredients: 1 small sweet onion (such as Maui)thinly sliced apple cider vinegar (drizzle) 1/2 c. chopped fresh basil 3/4 cup of whole-berry cranberry sauce 1 tablespoon grated orange peel/zest (so good!) Sliced of whole grain bread (depends on how many sandwiches you need to make) Sliced smoked turkey breast (from your local deli) 1 bunch watercress or arugula Mix your sliced onion, a dash of cider vinegar, and chopped basil in a bowl. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Mix cranberry sauce and orange peel in a separate bowl. You will want to refrigerate both of these mixtures for as long as you can.
