How Do You Make Snicker Doodle Cookie Snacks?
A sweet cinnamon and peanut butter cookie recipe! Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix shortening, sugar, and eggs thoroughly in large bowl. Sift in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Mix very well until you have form a cookie dough! Next pull out some cookie sheets! Make a mixture cinnamon sugar mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Shape the Snicker Doodle Cookie Dough into 1 inch balls and roll in the cinnamon mixture. Place 1 inch cookie dough balls on a large ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. You can line your cookie sheets with wax paper if your cookies tend to stick to your cookie sheets. Than place the cookies in the over for 10 minutes or until they are golden brown! Next let the cookies cool on cookie sheet for a couple minutes, and then remove the cookies to a cooling rack. You can also serve them warm with some yummy cold milk if you want to for a dessert after dinner, or as a nice warm simple yummy snack!
