How Do You Make Soft, Egg-Free Sugar Cookies?

This is for you poor adults and children alike who are unfortunately allergic to egg. I feel for all of you as my daughter has this food allergy herself. This makes it difficult to come up with delicious desserts that are egg-free so here I am providing you with a recipe of mine for all of you to enjoy. Cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the milk and vanilla to the mixture. Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients (slowly, in batches) until it is well combined. Form dough into a disc and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. When ready, roll out dough and use cookie cutters or whatever you prefer to cut the dough with. Place the cookies on a baking sheet and put them in the oven at 350 degrees. I just watch them closely to determine when they are done baking. Eat and enjoy!
