How Do You Make Some Terrific Hanging Bat Decorations?

0

This Halloween, deck your halls with flying batty creations. Make some terrific hanging bat decorations to spruce up your spooky decor; you only need basic cutting and pasting skills and a few craft store supplies in order to make your bats. Hang them this Halloween, and then save them for years to come. Take a cardboard roll from toilet paper or paper towels, and cut pointed ear shapes into the top of it. Then cut pointed feet shapes in the bottom, and staple it together in the center to flatten it a little. Paint the cardboard tube black. Glue google eyes onto the face. Cut large bat wings (approximately 12 inches by four inches) out of craft foam sheets. Staple or glue them to the back of the cardboard roll. Attach elastic or fishing line to the back of the bats using a stapler. Hang them from several places in your home for your Halloween decorating.
