These pork ribs may take some time to cook, but they are easy to prepare and are well worth the wait. You will bake the ribs first for 2 – 3 hours and then put sauce on them and straight in the fridge until you are ready to BBQ them. It is that easy Cut the pork ribs into easy to handle pieces of about 3 rib sections. Rub them with Montreal chicken spice and place them in a baking dish. Slice up lemons and place them on top of the ribs. Pour water into the baking dish with the ribs until the water comes up to the top of the ribs. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at for 2 – 3 hours @ 325/350 Remove ribs from the oven and throw away all the lemons. While the ribs are hot smother them in your favorite BBQ sauce and put them in the fridge for a few hours or the day before you want them. As the ribs cool they absorb the sauce. Take the ribs and place them on a preheated BBQ. They do not take very long on the BBQ at all. If you like your ribs a bit crispy leave them on a bit longer.
