How Do You Make The Best Beef Tacos?
My wife has always said that I make the best tacos. I’ve spent a lot of time eating tacos from everywhere and my experience has allowed me to craft what I think are the absolute very best. That would theoretically make me the Taco Champion. That is until recently when, according to my wife, a local restaurant has apparently wrestled my “title” away from me. So, do I still actually make the best tacos? You be the judge! Here is how to put together what I deem to be the Best Beef Tacos. Brown 1 lb. ground beef on medium heat in a frying pan. Chop up the beef with a spatula as fine as possible while you do this. When the beef is cooked all the way through, completely drain out the grease. Turn heat down to low. Add 3/4 cup of water and taco seasoning. Stir with spatula until mixed. Simmer for 10 minutes on low while periodically mixing and chopping beef with spatula. Turn heat off and cover.
