I don’t know about you… but there is something that I like about having a warm and hearty breakfast that cereal just doesn’t fulfill. For those who want a quick and simply way to satisfy morning hunger… this is an easy way to make a scrumptious breakfast burrito in less than 10 minutes. Take a microwave-safe plate and set the bacon between 3 paper towels (2 under and 1 on top) on the plate. Then set the plate in the microwave with the time set for 2 minutes and 45 seconds. * NOTE: I say to cook the bacon that long because I personally like it on the crunchy side and hate to taste the fat. Cook the bacon for however you see fit. Light the stove and set it on medium heat. Melt half the teaspoon of butter in a skillet and spread it around.
