For everyone who has so many zucchini they don’t know what to do with them..a family recipe that is sure to draw raves from your family and friends Preheat oven to 350 degrees Use 2 bread loaf pans(aluminum or glass) Mix following ingredients in a large mixing bowl 2 cups sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. cinnamon 3 cups flour 1 cup cooking oil 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. cloves 1 tsp. all-spice Peel and grate 2 cups of zucchini. Best if you use a food processor. Bake for 50 minutes.
