There is no doubt that this will become a favorite in your household as it is in mine. A true crowd pleaser that is great for an appetizer or a main dish! In a colander, toss in shrimp and spray with cold water. When dry, put shrimp into a large ziplock bag or plastic container to store. In bag or container, drizzle shrimp with extra virgin olive oil and sift to make sure all the shrimp are covered. Now squeeze each lime half over shrimp. You may have to use a mortar or juicer to get all of the juice out. Make sure the shrimp are completely coated. Next, add the minced garlic. Then follow with the remaining seasonings. If using a bag, be sure to zip up tight and shake the bag until all of the shrimp are covered in the mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour if grilling the same day. Otherwise refrigerate overnight. Turn on grill and preheat. While preheating, put the shrimp onto skewers being sure to pierce the shrimp twice. Put 5-7 shrimp on each skewer depending on allowed room. Place skewers on
