How Do You Make The Best Homemade Pizza?
My wife and I love this recipe. Preheat oven to 450. In a bowl pour the bags of dough mix and add herbs to your liking. Add warm tap water and mix with a fork until dough lightly sticks to sides of bowl. Pour small amount of olive oil over dough and spread it around. Set dough to the side and let it rest for about 5 minutes. On a plate grate both cheeses completely. On a pizza tray sread the dough out until it touches the edges of the tray. Place dough in the oven for about 5 minutes and remove. Pour the sauce from the can onto the dough and spread out until it is 1/4 inch from edge. Place the pepperoni side by side following the curve of the pizza until you can no longer see sauce. Place pepperoncini all over pizza. Using your hand, crumble the cheeses starting with the cheddar first. Crumble the mozerella on after. Place in oven for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
