I like to use whole wheat, but use the kind of bread you like, even on an English muffin Spread a small amount of mayo on one side of of each piece of bread. Take your favorite brand of peanut butter and liberally spread the peanut butter right on top of mayo. Take 2 slices of cooked beacon and place on top of peanut butter. Take 2 thinly sliced onion slices and place on top of beacon Shake just a little bit of garlic seasoning on top of onion. Put the sandwich together I like to grill mine on a sandwich grill, but you can grill in a fry pan, or you can broil it. Grill until lightly brown on each side.
