Oh falafel! You can’t beat a good falafel, so tasty, so filling and so good for you! Try out this simple recipe but be warned falafels are very, very addictive! Throughout the Middle East you can gorge on falafel, from the street sellers to the best restaurants, you can sample countless variations, each one claiming to be the perfect falafel.
