Thanksgiving stuffing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1/3 cup onions chopped
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 12 cups of dry bread, cubed
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease a 13 x 9 inch dish.
  2. Saute the vegetables in butter until transparent.
  3. In a large bowl mix bread, cooked vegetables, and seasonings.
  4. Add chicken broth slowly and toss evenly until it is thoroughly moist.
  5. Put stuffing in the dish.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
