Krumkake (pronounced “KROOM kah kah”, not “crumb cake”) is a beautiful Scandinavian cookie that makes an appearance around the holidays. So easy and yummy you will want it more often than that. Beat, by hand, eggs and sugar together until well blended. Add cooled melted butter and vanilla.
