How Do You Make Tuna Melt Sandwiches?
This recipe takes me back to the good ol’ Days of School Cafeteria Hot Lunch. Remember sliding your tray down the railing and there landed a hot steamy Tuna Melt open face on a Hot Dog Roll. I can honestly say it was a treat for me because my Mom never made this for us as kids at home. I serve mine with Tomato and Jalapeño salad. My bread of choice is a Whole Wheat Hamburger bun.
