Step 1 Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. You can use your hands, a food processor or a bread machine, as long as you remember to remove the dough before the machine heats up. Step 2 Cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap and let sit for 1/2 hour to up to 2 hours. It can be refrigerated or even frozen at this point. When ready to use, defrost at room temperature. Step 3 On a lightly floured board, cut the dough into 8-10 pieces and roll thinly into circles the size of large pancakes.
