How Do You Make Wedding Centerpieces With Submerged Flowers?

0

Looking for a romantic centerpiece for your wedding? Candles and fresh flowers are always a winning combination for adding a beautiful flair to the reception tables. Instead of the ordinary flowers in a vase, try submerging the flowers below a floating candle. This is very simple to put together and yet stunning enough that everyone will want to know how to make them. Pick various sizes of clear glass cylinder vases. Use four to six vases for a round or square table. For a long rectangular table, cluster four vases together at intervals down the center of the table. Choose flowers that match the bridal bouquet or are in the same color family. Use three to four flowers for each vase. Cut the flower stems to about 2 inches in length. Place the flowers stem down into the vases. Fill the vases with water to about ¾ full. Add a floating candle to each vase. Light the candles right before the reception.
