Measure your window. Measure your panel. The panel, flattened out, should be at least 54 inches. The length that I used is 84 inches. You can use a longer or shorter panel depending on your window size. Measure the width of the panel and find the center. Mark and begin cutting length wise. When done, you should have two identical panels. Fold fabric on the cut side two inches, use a measuring tape for accuracy. Use straight pins to pin the fabric about every 10 to 12 inches. Once your fabric is pinned, you can use your sewing machine to start sewing.
