Try these yummy witch hat cookies this year for Halloween! They’re fun and their easy! Take the empty cone and fill it halfway with M & Ms. Place frosting on the edge of the cone, as a type of glue and press a chocolate chocolate chip cookie firmly against it. Surround the edge of the cone and cookie with more frosting to hold it in place. Decorate the cone as a witch hat. Get creative here and most definitely use assorted colors! You may even want to put some M and Ms on the outside. Serve and enjoy!
