This recipe for Veggie Soup/Stew is easy and yummalicious. You can add different veggies and spices to your own taste. Great all year round! Serve with crackers or French, Italian or Cuban bread. Gather all ingredients needed for this soup. I use 3 – 4 large carrots, 1/4 head medium size cabbage, 5 cloves garlic, 1 small onion, 1 baking potato, 1 cup spaghetti sauce (no meat), handful fresh parsley, 1-15 oz can of green beans, 1-15 oz can of yellow corn, black pepper, Italian seasoning, Simply Organics Garlic and Herb spice blend and Herb-Ox Sodium-Free Chicken Broth Packets (3). Fill 4 quart pot halfway with water (I use bottle spring water, but you may use tap) and place on stove. Bring to a boil and add 3 packets of either chicken or veggie broth. Put on MEDIUM and start chopping and cleaning your veggies. Add as you do this. I do it in this order: garlic, onion, carrots, spaghetti sauce, cabbage, green beans, corn, and potato (peeled and cubed – not too small). Add your spices – yo
