How Do You Make Yummy Garlic Sauce?
my brother Dick brought this recipe home from his travels through France. We all got hooked on the sauce; pouring it lavishly over grilled steaks, baked potatoes & steamed vegetables. In a blender or food processor; chop garlic cloves until fine. Add salt, pepper and eggs to processor. While the processor is running, add the oil in a slow stream until it reaches the consistancy you want.
