Glycerine soap is very moisturizing and is great to use if you have sensitive or dry skin. However, glycerine soap bars tend to dissolve a lot quicker than their non-glycerine counterparts. When you throw away those little glycerine bars, you are essentially throwing away money. You can save money, though, by turning all of those little insignificant bars into a big new one. Put your glycerine soap bars into a microwavable bowl. Place the bowl inside of the microwave and set the timer. The exact timer setting will vary depending on the size of your bars of soap. For 2 to 3 small bars, you can set the timer for 5 minutes. Remove the bowl from the microwave to see if all of the glycerine bars have been melted into liquid form. If the bars have not fully melted, place them back into the microwave and reset the timer for a few more minutes.
