How Do You Mourn A Hamsters Death?
• Realize what happened. Don’t make a fantasy that your friend is still with you, just realize what happened. It (as sad as it is) passed on without you. It’s OK to cry. Know that he had the best life he could by being with you. Don’t doubt it. • If it helps, try to find out why he died. He could die from heat, a chill, other pets, nail polish (in my case), hairspray, even eating something he shouldn’t have, cleansers such as Windex, so many countless things. It is a great possibility that the hamster you bought was older than you thought. (Not trying to rhyme, here). You could even bring your friend’s body to a veterinarian and ask them, too. • Did your hamster have a rolly-ball? If so, you can cut small rectangular pieces of paper and write a note on them, put what number it is (like note 1, 2, 3, etc) and fold them in half to stick in your hamsters ball. • Bury them instead of throwing them away, or some flushing like fish. Try putting them in something they loved, such as a toilet
