How do you move an underground bee hive without disdurbing the bees or being stung?

All Bumble Bees are on the protected list unless it really necessary don’t move them, the only Honey they produce is for the rearing of young and feeding themselves as their food supply dwindles, moving them will kill the next generation of these, harmless and useful creatures, unlike the Honey Bee they don’t swarm and therefore are unable to be moved from their present location. They will not attack unless threatened I have some next to my garden seat and they come and go as they please not even bothering me.
