Position your subject slightly off-center in your frame. Too often, an amateur photographer positions his model right in the middle of the frame and starts shooting. The result is a mediocre photo without interest. Tilt your model’s head to one side. By altering the line of her head, you create a diagonal line, naturally drawing the viewer’s eye.
